2.1 Pricing All listed prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and make necessary adjustments. In case of a pricing discrepancy, no stock will be dispatched, and we will promptly refund any payments made. Customers are not entitled to request compensation for pricing errors beyond the refund of incorrect charges.
2.2 Payment Methods Payments can be made via various methods, including credit or debit cards and installment plans. Details of installment options will be provided at the point of purchase.
3. Returns and Exchanges
3.1 Reporting and Resolution
- Initial Notification: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via the Contact Us page on our website.
- Required Documentation: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence such as photographs of the product and packaging.
- Assessment Process: We will evaluate the evidence. If the product is confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.
3.2 Return Instructions
- Return Procedure: If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by us; for non-defective returns, costs will be borne by the customer.
3.3 Return Process
- Request Return: Initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product via our Contact Us page.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Return the Product: Securely package the product with all original packaging and accessories and send it using a trackable method. Retain proof of postage.
- Inspection and Resolution: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product:
- Replacement: If defective, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
- Refund: If confirmed defective, a refund will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for funds to appear in your account.
3.4 Used Products
- Policy on Used Products: Used products returned will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, used products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. Non-defective returns may not qualify for a refund, and return shipping costs may apply.
3.5 Incorrect Stock
- Incorrect Stock Policy: If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, you may request an exchange for the correct item. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect stock; only exchanges will be processed.

- Delivery Times and Costs: Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. We use J&T Express for our shipping services.
- Shipping Procedure: Orders will be processed promptly, but delivery times may be affected by factors such as public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6.1 Force Majeure We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
